3. Nature of the service and independence

AnnuMax is a private, paid telephone information, concierge and assistance service. It allows the contact details of business subscribers who have agreed to, or have not objected to, the publication of their details to be looked up.

This service is entirely independent of the brands, retailers, network operators, public bodies and public services that may be mentioned on this site or discussed during a call. AnnuMax is neither an agent, a distributor nor an after-sales service of those entities, and has no contractual relationship with them. Brands are named for reference only and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Pricing of the telephone service

The service is reachable on 08 93 03 67 88, charged at €0.80 per minute plus the cost of an ordinary call as billed by the caller's own operator. This tariff is stated on the site before the call and repeated free of charge by a greeting message when the call is answered.

No subscription, no minimum term and no direct debit are attached to this service. The amount due appears on the caller's telephone bill. Minors must obtain the authorisation of the holder of the telephone line before calling.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the annumax.com site (text, structure, visual identity, code) are protected by copyright and remain the property of the publisher. Any reproduction, display or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Liability

The information given by our advisers comes from public or self-declared sources and is provided for guidance. The publisher makes every effort to ensure its accuracy but cannot be held liable for information rendered out of date by a third party, nor for the consequences of its use. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
